Return Policy:

Thank you for choosing Savage Patriot Polymers. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Should you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:

1. Returns Accepted:
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of the delivery date.
- All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. No refunds will be made, just a store credit.

2. Customer Responsible for Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.  - Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

3. Restocking Fee:
- A 2% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns.
- This fee helps cover processing, handling, and restocking expenses.

4. Final Sale Items:
- Certain items from our collection are marked as "Final Sale" and cannot be returned.
- The following collections are considered final sale items: Flooring Epoxy, Flooring Polyaspartic, Flooring Pigment Bombs, Countertop Tints.


5. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the specified return period.
- Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

6. Refund:
- Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process a store credit.
- Credits will be issued to the original purchaser.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to discuss next steps.

9. Savage Patriot hereby declares that it holds no warranty for any products sold, and cannot be held legally responsible for any damages that may arise from the installation or use of these products. This applies towards health and safety along with longevity of products and or installation cost.

Customers acknowledge and accept that all products are sold "as-is" and assume all risks associated with their installation and use. Savage Patriot disclaims any implied warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

By purchasing and installing products from Savage Patriot, customers agree to indemnify and hold Savage Patriot harmless from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the installation or use of the products.
