Fortified Urethane Topcoat Installation

Product Overview:
Fortified Urethane Topcoat is an all new designed Topcoat high-quality Hybrid formula designed for various surface applications and is easier to apply.

Preparation:
Ensure the substrate is sanded well with 220 grit and is clean, dry, and free from any contaminants before application. Shake the product well before mixing.

Mixing:

• Combine 2 parts of Component "A" with 1 part of Component "B". Shake well and use provided strainer with the "A" component. The "A" component could have settling creating tiny particals. Strain contence directly into measuring cup to volume needed and finish with a flawless finish.
• Mix the components thoroughly for approximately 2 minutes until a consistent mixture is achieved.
  

Application Tips: 

• Rollers: 3/8" nap work best. Size— for anything larger than a sample board, use 6" or 9". But if you choose 9", be sure to mix extra material to allow for the roller to absorb some. Roll out Topcoat and let stand for approx 5 min. Back roll again after settling and again to achieve the final look desired. The less you roll the less texture will be left behind. For orange peel look only roll 1-2 times. For tight stipple finish back roll after approx 8-10 minutes after initial application.
  

Recipe:
0.30 x sq ft. of project = ounces needed. Round up to the next number if needed (example: 50 sq ft x .30 = 18.75. Round up to 21 since it's a 2:1 ratio and increases by increments of 3).

Storage:
Keep Fortified Urethane Topcoat in a cool, dry storage area away from direct sunlight. Ensure the container is tightly sealed after each use to maintain product integrity.

Cleaning:
Use water to clean application tools immediately after use to prevent the Topcoat from hardening.

Drying Time:
Fortified Urethane Topcoat will be dry to the touch in approximately 24 hours at a temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit.

Shelf Life:
The shelf life of Fortified Urethane Topcoat is 6 months from the date of manufacture. Ensure proper storage to maximize product lifespan.

• Keep Fortified Urethane Topcoat out of reach of small children to prevent accidental ingestion.
• In the event of contact with eyes, immediately flush with water and seek medical attention.
• If ingested, seek medical attention promptly.
